Andrew is a legal search and recruitment specialist at Montgomery Advisory.

He works closely with key personnel at a range of commercial law firms, and national and Australian based global companies.

Andrew began his recruiting career at a leading global recruitment company, before being instrumental in the establishment and growth of the legal recruitment arm of an Australian based search and recruitment business.  Prior to his career in recruitment, he worked as a lawyer at a leading Australian commercial law firm.

Andrew recruits lawyers, at all levels, across a range of areas of law including banking & finance, construction, corporate, energy & resources, environment & planning, information technology, insolvency & restructuring, insurance, intellectual property, litigation & dispute resolution, real estate & projects, workplace relations & safety, and tax.

Sam Gray

Sam is a legal search and recruitment specialist at Montgomery Advisory.

He is a qualified corporate lawyer with over nine years legal recruitment experience in Australia. He previously established and managed one of Australia’s most successful legal recruitment teams for five years before launching Montgomery Advisory.

Sam advises both private practice law firms and in house legal teams from junior level lawyers and legal counsel right through to partner and general counsel positions.

He recruits nationally in almost every area of law including banking & finance, commercial, competition, construction, corporate, employment, energy & resources, environment & planning, financial services and regulatory, funds & superannuation,  government / administrative, information technology, insolvency, insurance, intellectual property, litigation and dispute resolution, mergers & acquisitions, native title, OH&S, projects, property, and taxation.
