Position Description
  
This role will see you taking responsibility for the full range of legal and corporate governance functions across the business. You will take on the responsibility for all property, development, and construction, matters including:

• providing strategic advice to all business areas with a particular focus on real estate, construction and corporate;
• advising on legislative changes across the real estate and construction industry;
• leading high level negotiations;
• educating and training the team in respect of legal and regulatory matters;
• managing disputes as and when they arise;
• ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies; and
• managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and external legal advisers.

Requirements
  
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years post admission experience in the property and/or construction industry. You will be in a senior role within your current organisation and entirely comfortable with the prospect of dealing with the executive and running the legal function.
 
In addition, you will have:

• excellent commercial and financial acumen;
• outstanding persuasive communication skills; and
• a desire to work collaboratively.
