Our client is a world-leading international law firm that is currently looking to hire a Conflicts Solicitor to join their newly established conflicts team.

About the role
Their Conflicts Team plays a critical role in managing conflicts of interest and information barriers on a global scale.
The team works closely with leading Partners and senior practice leaders to ensure new matters align with the firm’s strategic goals and meet professional obligations under the Solicitors Conduct Rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising on complex legal and commercial conflict issues, and liaising with Partners and staff to address conflicts-related queries
- Ensuring compliance with global sanctions regimes and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations
- Reviewing, drafting, and advising on conflict provisions in engagement letters, firm policies, and client agreements, including panel arrangements
About you
You will have 3+ years PAE as well as excellent research, technical and analytical skills.
Additionally, you will have:
- A proactive approach with the ability to adapt to competing demands in a fast paced environment.
- A desire to work outside of traditional private practice in an alternative legal career.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team.
- Good commercial awareness.
