- Syndicated loans
- Mezzanine funding
- Private equity transactions involving debt-to-equity conversions and profit participation structures
About you
You will have at least 4 years post admission experience in a banking and finance practice.
Additionally, you will have:
- an enthusiasm to assist with the future growth of the practice; and
- a proven ability to manage and supervise a team of lawyers.
