Solicitor / Associate - Insurance (stat)
We are representing a leading national Insurance practice known for its market-leading expertise in statutory classes and workers' compensation. The team acts for top-tier clients across a variety of insurance matters, providing a collaborative environment with high-quality mentoring and opportunities for meaningful responsibility. The Role You'll be involved in a wide range of insurance matters, including: - Advising clients on liability, strategy, and risk management
- Conducting analysis and providing advice on indemnity and liability issues
- Advocacy across multiple jurisdictions and negotiating commercial outcomes
- Drafting clear and concise correspondence and legal advice
- Collaborating closely with Partners and supporting a high-performing team
About You You will have at least 3 years' post-admission experience in insurance or personal injury litigation, with: - Strong technical skills and the ability to balance legal and commercial considerations
- Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- A proactive and team-oriented approach with a genuine interest in insurance law
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative environment
