We are representing a highly regarded national Projects & Future Energy practice advising on cutting-edge transactions and regulatory reform across the energy sector. The team acts for developers, investors, banks, governments and regulators on transformative projects driving Australia’s energy transition.

The Role
You’ll be involved in a diverse range of matters, including:

• Energy market reform and regulation
• Project development, M&A and infrastructure transactions
• Project and asset financing in the energy and renewables sectors
• Strategic advice on energy policy, market design and sustainability initiatives

You’ll gain exposure to major renewable, hydrogen, and infrastructure projects, working alongside leading practitioners on complex, high-impact work.

About You
You will have 2+ years’ post-admission experience in projects, energy, infrastructure or resources law, with:

• A genuine passion for renewables and the energy transition
• Strong technical and commercial skills
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication abilities
• A collaborative, curious and solutions-focused mindset
