We are representing a highly regarded national Dispute Resolution team that advises leading corporates and institutions on complex commercial litigation, regulatory investigations and dispute resolution matters. The team is known for its strategic, client-focused approach and works on some of the most significant disputes in Australia and internationally.

The Role
You’ll work across a broad range of disputes, including:

• Commercial and corporate litigation
• Regulatory investigations and compliance matters
• Class actions and alternative dispute resolution
• Insolvency, restructuring and financial disputes
• Risk management, enforcement and cross-border matters

You’ll gain hands-on experience in complex litigation and work closely with senior practitioners on matters involving major national and international clients.

About You
You will have 2–3 years’ post-admission experience in dispute resolution or commercial litigation, with:

• Strong drafting, analytical and advocacy skills
• Commercial acumen and a strategic approach to disputes
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• A proactive, team-oriented and collaborative mindset
• (Desirable) Completion or progress toward ARITA Advanced Certification
