We are representing a highly regarded national Construction team known for advising on complex infrastructure, energy and commercial developments. The practice works with clients across the public and private sectors, providing strategic advice throughout the entire project lifecycle-from contract negotiation and procurement to dispute resolution and adjudication.

The Role
You’ll work closely with senior practitioners across a variety of matters, including:

• Construction and infrastructure disputes across all courts and tribunals
• Security of payment adjudications and related proceedings
• Contract drafting, procurement and risk management advice
• Supporting project delivery and providing strategic dispute resolution guidance

The role offers the opportunity to lead files, mentor junior team members, and develop your expertise across both contentious and front-end matters within a growing national team.

About You
You will have at least 5 years’ post-admission experience in construction law, gained within a reputable firm, with:

• Strong background in construction disputes and security of payment matters
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• Strong client management and communication abilities
• A proactive, collaborative and solution-driven approach
• Interest in mentoring and developing junior lawyers
