We are representing a highly regarded national Dispute Resolution team recognised for its expertise across commercial litigation, regulatory proceedings, class actions, and competition and insolvency disputes. The practice combines top-tier technical capability with a collaborative, hands-on service model that empowers senior lawyers to play a central role in strategy and client delivery.

The Role
You’ll work closely with partners and senior team members on major disputes and regulatory matters, including:

• Complex commercial and corporate litigation
• Regulatory investigations and prosecutions
• Class actions (plaintiff and defendant)
• Insolvency, competition and tax disputes
• Arbitration, adjudication and construction-related litigation

You’ll have genuine autonomy in managing files, strategic input on significant matters, and the opportunity to mentor and develop junior lawyers within a high-performing team.

About You
You will have 5+ years’ post-admission experience in complex commercial litigation, gained in a leading or top-tier disputes practice, with:

• Strong technical expertise and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial acumen and a client-focused approach
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines under pressure
• A proactive, energetic and team-oriented mindset
