The practice provides advice and representation across complex statutory classes, workers’ compensation and liability matters, offering exposure to high-profile clients and quality mentoring from senior practitioners.

The Role
You’ll work on a diverse range of matters, including:

• Workers’ compensation, statutory classes and personal injury claims
• Indemnity, liability and risk management advice
• Advocacy and negotiations across multiple jurisdictions
• Managing files, drafting advice and supporting client strategy
• Collaboration with senior lawyers on complex claims and disputes

You’ll gain direct client contact, hands-on experience and the opportunity to contribute to major matters within a high-performing national team.

About You
You will have at least 3 years’ post-admission experience in insurance or personal injury litigation, with:

• Strong knowledge of statutory schemes and liability frameworks
• Excellent drafting, advocacy and communication skills
• Ability to balance legal and commercial considerations
• A proactive, detail-oriented and team-focused approach
