We are representing a top-tier national Disputes & Investigations team advising leading corporates, financial institutions, and government bodies on some of the most significant commercial disputes and regulatory investigations in Australia. The Role
You’ll work across a diverse range of disputes and investigations, including:

• Complex commercial and corporate litigation
• Regulatory investigations, enforcement actions and inquiries
• Class actions, commissions and corporate misconduct matters
• Arbitration and alternative dispute resolution
• Risk management and strategic dispute prevention advice

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior practitioners on market-leading matters, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to strategy, advocacy and client engagement.

About You
You will have 4–8 years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation or disputes, with:

• Experience in complex commercial or regulatory matters
• Strong analytical, drafting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client management ability
• The confidence to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
• A proactive, motivated and detail-oriented approach
