We are representing a respected national Insurance and Health practice recognised for its work across medical negligence, personal injury and healthcare litigation. The team acts for public and private hospitals, medical and allied health professionals, insurers and government agencies on complex, sensitive and high-value matters.

The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload of medico-legal matters, including:

• Medical negligence and healthcare liability claims
• Personal injury and institutional abuse matters
• Coronial inquests and professional disciplinary proceedings
• Complex liability, quantum and breach of duty issues
• Advising on risk, strategy and claims management

This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced practitioners on challenging and meaningful cases, with ongoing mentoring and career development support.

About You
You will have 2–5 years’ post-admission experience, ideally in medical negligence or insurance litigation, with:

• Experience handling or assisting with complex claims
• Strong knowledge of NSW civil procedure and litigation processes
• Excellent drafting, analytical and advocacy skills
• Sensitivity and professionalism when managing delicate matters
• A proactive, compassionate and client-focused approach
