We are seeking a junior real estate Lawyer to join a highly regarded and well-established real estate practice in Sydney.

The role

The team advises Australian and international investors, developers, funds, and corporates across a broad range of commercial real estate sectors, delivering commercially focused advice on complex transactions and major developments.

• Advise on acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate assets
• Draft, negotiate, and review key transactional and development documentation
• Support major real estate developments from structuring through to completion
• Work directly with clients and collaborate across multiple practice areas

About you

You will have 1-3 years post admission experience in a business real estate practice. 

Additionally, you will have: 

• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a sound understanding of the real estate sector and the ability to deliver clear, commercially focused advice
• A strong client service mindset, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
• Strong technical ability, sound commercial judgement, and excellent attention to detail
• A genuine interest in complex, large-scale real estate work
• Strong academic performance
