As our Operations & BD Specialist, Brittany works closely with the Directors to ensure the operational and business development goals of Montgomery align with the company’s strategic vision. She is responsible for streamlining processes, maintaining compliance with business procedures, and supporting the growth of both our recruitment and contracting arms.
