Sam is a Director at Montgomery Advisory and with his extensive network across Australia, and the globe, is the go-to legal recruiter for premier firms.
Based out of our UK office, Sam advises both private practice law firms and in-house legal teams from junior level lawyers and legal counsel right through to partner and general counsel positions.
Sam has previously assisted firms with acquiring both small teams of lawyers and merging/acquiring boutique firms.
He places lawyers both locally and internationally including in London, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, Tokyo, New York, Paris, Munich, Frankfurt and most of the offshore locations.
He is a qualified corporate lawyer with over 15 years’ legal recruitment experience in Australia. He previously established and managed one of Australia’s most successful legal recruitment teams for five years before launching Montgomery Advisory in 2014.
Sam’s method is based on honesty and transparency, combined with a commitment to every position.
