The Employment practice at this firm is one of the largest worldwide. They have an international client base who range from start-ups to large multinationals. The team provide assistance with a wide range of services including acquisitions, outsourcing, data privacy/protection, litigation, compliance and risk management.
In particular, the team have expertise in executive remuneration and terminations, employee incentives, discrimination and workplace health and safety issues.
Lawyers in the team are able to combine their global presence with local expertise in order to provide clients with excellent service and advice.
Position Description
The team is growing and are now looking to recruit an additional lawyer
AND senior associate into this highly regarded team.
The roles will see you working in a close knit team led by a well regarded partner. The remainder of the team consists of an experienced senior associate and two other solicitors.
You will primarily work on a variety of contentious and non contentious employment matters ranging across discrimination, work health and safety and industrial relations.

If you are sub-senior associate level, the firm may consider promoting you directly into a senior associate role for the right candidate.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have
at least 2+ years general employment experience from another well-regarded employment practice.
In addition, you will:
- have an excellent academic background from a reputable university;
- be a team player;
- be adaptable and flexible; and
- have a proven ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
