This role has an emphasis on high-calibre M&A and on offer is the opportunity for a motivated Corporate Lawyer (with at least two years' experience)
to work closely with pre-eminent partners across the national Corporate Group.
As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality advice on a broad range of corporate-related matters. You will be exposed to the firm's clients from day one and will actively be encouraged to market and attend business development functions.

You will be a Senior Corporate Lawyer with at least 2 years' post-admission experience
, preferably gained from a notable practice in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a mixed skillset containing exposure to one or more of the following disciplines: private M&A, public M&A, capital markets, and/or private equity.
In addition, you will:
- have strong academics
- have a robust personality
- have strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills, and
- be looking to continue building your own professional profile.
