This role will see you providing a blue-chip corporate client base with strategic and complex workplace relations advice. You will play a key role in supporting and actively developing relationships with clients, mentoring junior colleagues and ensuring the effective utilisation of the group, and be highly involved in business development initiatives.

You will be a lawyer or senior associate with at least 4 years' PAE
in employment. In addition you will have:
- excellent technical and drafting skills;
- advocacy experience in industrial tribunals (desirable);
- a proven ability in managing a complex and demanding workload; and
- experience managing teams and allocating resources to serve client needs.
