Key Responsibilities: - Managing calendars and inboxes for the Partner and team.
- Handling monthly billing processes and managing accounts reports.
- Organising and maintaining documents and files across multiple matters.
- Liaising with clients and external stakeholders.
- Coordinating travel, including flights and accommodation.
- Assisting with e-filing and general administrative tasks as required.
About You: You’re a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with at least
6+ years experience as a
Legal Assistant within a mid or top-tier law firm, ideally in Commercial Disputes or Intellectual Property.
- It goes without saying that you'll know your way around Legal Practice Management software and monthly billing.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities - this is crucial.
- Work well under-pressure and have an unflappable nature.
- A positive, self-motivated approach and the desire to thrive in a high-performing team.
