A position at a top-tier law firm has become available for a senior corporate M&A lawyer to join the Corporate, M&A & Capital Markets team on a part-time (3 days per week) basis, providing expert corporate law and transactional advice.
  
Position Description

Our client is seeking to hire a senior corporate M&A lawyer to support their established Corporate, M&A & Capital Markets team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to the team's success through expert advice, knowledge-sharing, and training. It offers the opportunity to step away from transactional work while maintaining a focus on high-level corporate legal matters.
  
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• At least 5 years of PQE in transactional corporate law, gained at a reputable commercial law firm.
• Exceptional written skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to draft, manage, and maintain legal precedents and undertake in-depth research.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance competing interests.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering training to practitioners at varying levels.
