The role
  
Our client has an immediate need for a contract commercial litigation lawyer to bring immediate support to their legal team on an initial contract term, with the possibility of extension.
  
Position Description
  
Our client is looking to hire a lawyer on an initial contract/ temporary basis to fill an existing gap in their team. This role would suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively with a strong client focus. Federal Court experience would be advantageous, and our client is open to someone working full time or part time, in a hybrid working environment.
  
Requirements
  
The successful candidate will have strong experience in commercial litigation, with at least 5+ years PAE gained in either inhouse, or a private practice law firm.
  
In addition, you will have:

• strong relationship and stakeholder management skills;
• strong risk assessment capabilities;
• legal project management skills;
• strong document discovery experience;
• collaborative working style, strong communication skills;
• Advanced drafting skills; and
• Be adaptable, flexible and commercial in your approach.
