The Corporate Team
The Corporate team is widely regarded as being one of the strongest in the country and is known for its particular strengths in the Banking & Finance, Property and Energy & Resources sectors.
The team has a broad range of expertise in both public and private mergers and acquisitions, governance, equity capital markets and fundraising, corporate finance, compliance and foreign investment.
The Role
Due to growth, there is an opportunity for an experienced Corporate lawyer to join the practice and work with a team of prominent partners.
This roll will see you will work on diverse matters, including public and private M&A, capital raisings, corporate governance, and ASX and Corporations Act compliance. The role involves direct client interaction, negotiating complex contracts, and collaborating closely with partners in a supportive environment.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be motivated corporate lawyer with at least 7-8 years of post-admission experience and a strong background in public M&A and/or capital markets transactions. You will also have:
