The Team The Disputes & Investigations group specialises in managing complex commercial disputes across various industries, offering expertise in court proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlements.
Their clients, including ASX-listed companies, financial institutions, and corporate regulators, rely on their legal, forensic, and investigative skills to address issues such as contractual disputes, financial services matters, negligence claims, regulatory challenges, and property or construction disputes.
The team brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning and lateral thinking in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
The Role As a senior member of our client's team, you will have a range of responsibilities. In particular you will be responsible for advising ASX listed companies, financial institutions, corporate regulators and large corporates on a variety of matters including:
- commercial and contractual disputes;
- financial services and negligence disputes;
- allegations of misleading and deceptive conduct;
- directors and shareholder disputes.

Requirements The successful candidate will be an experienced Senior Associate with approximately
2 – 5 years' experience at the Senior Associate level. You will also have:
- A commercial focus with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders;
- Strong communication skills; and
- The ability to work collaboratively with different functions as a team player.
