The Team
Our client's Competition team act for clients across a range of industries on diverse transactional, advisory and dispute resolution matters.
Specialising in both contentious and non-contentious aspects of Australian and Asia Pacific competition law, the team are often working on aspects such as large-scale internal investigations for regulatory compliance, handling merger clearance applications, advising on pricing, supply and distribution agreements, commercial disputes and general contract disputes.
Opportunity
The team are looking to hire an Associate or Senior Associate for their Sydney based team.
These roles will involve advising major global and local clients on various aspects of competition and consumer law. This includes competition advice, particularly cartel litigation, marketing and advertising clearance, consumer law disputes, regulatory investigations and prosecutions.
You'll handle a wide range of front-end and back-end competition and consumer issues, with opportunities for daily case management and career growth.
The ideal candidate will have between 3 and 7 years' PAE.
Candidates with front and/or back-end competition law experience are encouraged to apply.
