Technology Team

The Technology Law team specialises in helping clients navigate the complex landscape of digital and technology-related legal issues. With a deep understanding of emerging technologies and regulatory challenges, they provide innovative solutions to help clients adapt and thrive in the digital age.

The Role 

Due to growth of practice, our client are looking for a 3-7 year lawyer to join the technology law team in their Sydney office. 

The role will see you work with a leading partner who has over 20 years' experience in technology and data law matters, as well as government contracting work.

You will work on a range of matters, spanning across commercial IT matters, privacy and data protection, e-commerce, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance, helping businesses that operate in industries such as banking & financial services, healthcare, government and information technology.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have 3-7 years of post admission experience in technology law, data privacy and/or government contracting.

In addition, you will have:

• Strong commercial acumen;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• A willingness to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team; and
• A proactive approach to work and professional development.
