The Team

The team are responsible for providing advice in relation to energy and infrastructure projects. They are on top of new proposed developments such as REMA. The teams are integrated and are able to collaborate across legal disciplines and offices, ensuring consistently excellent service locally and overseas.

The Role

The successful candidate will act for a diverse client list, acting for developers and developer consortia on energy and infrastructure assets, and for lenders and borrowers on large-scale transactions. Industry exposure will include renewables, power, oil and gas, transport, infrastructure and mining.

On offer is the chance to work with a dynamic bunch of partner to build out their practice. This is a genuine career progression to partner role. 

Key Requirements
  
The ideal candidate will have come from a highly respected firm and will have  proven UK Energy Regulatory experience at a senior associate level.
  
You will ideally also have:

• Solid commercial acumen
• Strong academics.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build solid working relationships.
• Well-developed collaborative and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in a wide range of Energy & Regulatory work.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
