Our client’s Energy Resources team acts for an elite portfolio of clientele. This includes energy companies, financial institutions, institutional investors, contractors, developers, and governments --  they have a 360 degree view of the needs and concerns of all parties involved. 

The Team
 
The team has a strong reputation for its experience across a broad-range of related work. They also have an in-depth understanding of the risks and industry-specific issues that are unique to the energy industry. They are responsible for providing advice in relation to energy and infrastructure projects, with a focus on the complex commercial agreements that underpin them. 

The Role

 
The successful candidate will have a critical role in shaping and developing our evolving Energy team on a day-to-day basis you wll be supporting clients on a range of exciting work, including

  • collaborating with the team's Partners, on the procurement and delivery of a range of innovative energy projects.
  • being part of a team that is tracking and keeping up-to-date with a dynamic energy regulatory environment.
  • continually developing deep and long-standing relationships with a range of public and private sector clients.
Key Requirements
 
The ideal candidate will have come from a highly respected firm; will have a broad range of Energy & Resources experience on an associate level; and who enjoys working in a fast paced and collaborative working environment.
 
You will ideally also have:
  • Solid commercial acumen.
  • Strong academics.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build solid working relationships.
  • Well-developed collaborative and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in a wide range of Energy & Resources work.
  • Trained and qualified with a reputable law firm.
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
Candidates MUST be a qualified solicitor.
