Our client is looking to recruit a lawyer to join their growing London Insolvency & Restructuring team. 

The Team

Our client's Insolvency & Restructuring team advise on formal insolvency appointments, business recovery and provide assistance in reconstruction strategies. Their clients include insolvency practitioners, various financial institutions, government institutions, corporations and creditors domestically and overseas. 

The Role

This role will see the candidate working closely with a highly regarded partner who is truly a delight to work with. You will also gain experience with the wider team.
 
This role will also see the successful candidate work on primarily non-contentious and and some contentious matters and will see you advising on a range of insolvency and restructuring matters, including, recovery, security enforcement, voluntary administration, ASIC investigations, receiverships and corporate restructurings.
 
Key Requirements
 
Ideally, the successful candidates will have associate level experience from another recognised Insolvency & Restructuring practice, with both front and back end capabilities.

Our client will consider those who are more specialised looking to broaden skill set and very much open to Associates from Australia and New Zealand.
 
In addition, you will:

• have excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• have an ability to develop and foster long term client relationships;
• have an ability to work in a team and autonomously; and
• be focused on delivering commercially sound and cost effective solutions.

Candidates MUST be a qualified solicitor.
