Our client's corporate team is highly regarded as a global adviser in a wide range of corporate matters with a particular focus in Energy. They provide extensive advice throughout the whole process.
The Team
The team is award winning and is at the forefront of developments in renewable energy and sustainability. They handle transactions with both domestic and international content including large, multi-jurisdictional deals and assist with structuring transaction to accommodate different international regulatory requirements. The team's clients include both public and private entities, ranging across retail firms, financial institutions, and media giants.
The Role
The role has a focus on the energy sector, including renewables, infrastructure, and oil and gas. The ideal candidate will be working closely with corporate partners and other senior members of the team who may also require assistance on a variety of other corporate matters from time to time.
Key Requirements
Our client is looking for a highly motivated associate to join their London team. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a lawyer in a corporate (energy & infrastructure) team.
Our client will consider those who are more specialised looking to broaden skill set and very much open to Associates from Australia and New Zealand.

- experience managing client expectations and project delivery appropriately.
