The Team
 
The team is involved in large-scale multi-disciplinary projects, and have an exhaustive understanding of the crucial challenges and risks involved. Transactions involve the Banking side of various industries, ranging from oil and gas, petrochemicals, renewables, power and energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, and transportation.
 
The Role 

The successful candidate will work with other departments, such as the Banking & Finance team and Energy & Infrastructure team, both Band 1 rated.
 
Additional responsibilities may include:

• Drafting and reviewing documentation.
• Providing strategic advice to clients.
• Managing client expectations and project delivery appropriately.

Key Requirements
 
The ideal candidate will have proven experience on an associate level working within a highly reputable project finance team, and will ideally have an excellent academic record.

Our client will consider those who are more specialised looking to broaden skill set and very much open to Associates from Australia and New Zealand.

You will ideally also have:

• You should demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills along with a high level of commercial awareness.
• You will need to demonstrate that you can thrive in a team with high professional standards and a flexible client-friendly commercial approach.
• You will have had strong exposure of collaborating with multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary teams.
• It is crucial that you can demonstrate an appetite for business development, client relationship management and thought leadership as well as a strong desire to develop your capability in this thriving sector.
• Candidates with more senior experience, will be expected to demonstrate experience in organising and managing transactions.
