The Team
 
The team have a broad remit, advising on privacy, IT/contracts/outsourcing, IP advisory, telecoms, digital economy and corporate support matters for a blue-chip client base. They are also exceptionally well placed to understand and advise on issues raised by new technologies and new business models.

The Role

The role will see the candidate advising developers, lenders, hospitality and retail clients, investors, banks, public institutions, and landowners on a full range of matters. This includes (but not limited to) acquisition & disposal, asset management, commercial leasing, and investment and development.
 
The candidate will also handle a range of work across the spectrum of IP, TMT and general commercial law. This includes transactional work on a variety of contracts, IP prosecution and enforcement and advisory support on IP and technology issues including data protection.

The ideal candidate will be involved across both streams of work for a full range of clients.
 
Key Requirements
 
The ideal candidate will have come from a highly respected firm; will have a broad range of Commercial & TMT experience on an associate level; and enjoys working in a fast paced and collaborative working environment.

Our client will consider those who are more specialised looking to broaden skill set and very much open to Associates from Australia and New Zealand.

You will ideally also have:

• Solid commercial acumen.
• Strong academics.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to build solid working relationships.
• Well-developed collaborative and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in a wide range of real estate finance work.
• Trained and qualified with a reputable law firm.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.

 Candidates MUST be a qualified solicitor.
