The Team
The firm’s Banking & Finance practice is ranked Band 1 globally and has been continuously nominated for awards by independent legal directories such as Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 (Asia Pacific).
The banking, restructuring, turnaround, and insolvency team provides comprehensive advice to companies, lenders, and buyers, specialising in private capital, credit funds, private equity sponsors, and general corporate finance, serving a diverse clientele spanning various sectors such as energy, oil and gas, mining, marine and shipping, infrastructure, and real estate on a global scale.
The Role
They are looking for a Solicitor to join the friendly team where the work is large scale, varied and complex.
In this role, you will work with a leading partner. You will be involved in non contentious financing matters such as restructuring, work-outs and corporate insolvency, offering expertise to creditors, companies, insolvency practitioners, and investors.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have between 2 and 4 years post admission experience from a similar practice at a well-regarded firm.
