We represent one of the largest innovative property development organisations in Australia. Due to some lateral movement, there is an opening for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team on an immediate start, 6 -9+ month engagement, with the possibility of further extension.
  
The Opportunity
  
This role will see you working in the client's legal inhouse team. This role will see you have a range of responsibilities including:
  

• Advising the business on property developments, general commercial and capital parternship transactions;
• Advising on high end commercial property developments, as well as large scale property transactions, including leading large acquisitions and disposals;
• Providing general legal support advice to the wider legal team.

  
Requirements
  
Our client is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel or (Senior Associate equivalent level lawyer) level lawyer with general property law experience. In addition, the idea candidate is likely to have:
  

• Strong experience in a private practice law firm or in-house environment;
• The ability to build and maintain client & stakeholder relationships;
• Experience with complex acquisition and disposal transactions;
• The ability to engage in a dynamic team environment.
