The Team
The litigation team are renowned for their exceptional expertise and strategic approach in handling complex disputes. They are one of the top disputes practices globally and are well-versed in handling corporate, employment, IP, and commercial disputes
The Role
The Sydney office are looking for a talented lawyer to continue the growth of its litigation team.
This role will see you work with a leading partner who has extensive experience across the sector and their practice focuses on complex, high stakes commercial litigation, class actions and contentious regulatory matters. The Partner has represented multi-national corporations and global financial institutions in high profile trials and investigations in Australia, the U.S. and Asia, regularly advises clients in relation to investigations and enforcement actions brought by ASIC and the ACCC.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be a litigation lawyer with
3-6 years’ post admission experience. In addition, you will have the following:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great academic record
- The ability to manage competing tasks within a tight deadline
- A proactive and business-minded approach to problem-solving
- Great interpersonal skills to develop long-lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
