Position Description
  
This role will see you working closely with the commercial directors and project managers in NSW, to interpret, prepare and negotiate contracts throughout the lifecycle of projects. The role provides the opportunity to work on all aspects of front-end construction law and involvement in project delivery issues as required.
  
You will work closely with the various commercial managers, project teams and external legal providers to provide the business with sensible and commercial legal solutions and ensure the company's policies and procedures comply with legislative requirements.
   
Requirements
  
The successful candidate will have 8+ years' post admission experience in predominately in front-end construction law. 
  
In addition, you will:

• Have superior written and oral communication skills;
• A strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders;
• An ability to solve challenging intellectual and practical problems; and
• Be driven to deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
