The role
  
Our client is seeking a mid level 3+ year PAE in-house legal counsel to play a key role in partnering with, and advising stakeholders across the organisation for parental leave cover contract role, for 12 months.

Our client is a not-for-profit organisation, offering community support for all members of the public, offering care to senior members of the community.

The Legal Team

Our client's legal team focus on a broad range of matters including specialised advice on commercial transactions by acting as a business unit partner.

You will work closely with the General Counsel, the wider legal team, as well as other key stakeholders including Executive, Board Operational Managers and External Advisers. 

Position Description
  
The successful candidate will have 3+ years PAE experience in a broad corporate commercial in-house environment, including:
Drafting and reviewing broad array of commercial contracts.
Advising on compliance and regulatory matters.
Managing business transactions.
Dispute resolution as required.  
  
This is an extremely broad role so a desire for a diverse practice is essential.

In addition, you will have:

Have advanced drafting skills.
