Senior Legal Counsel, Corp/Commercial/Regulatory (Part-time/12 months FTE)
We represent a growing health/aged care enterprise, who operate a substantial number of services on a not-for-profit basis in the Health and Aged Care sector.
They are currently looking for a senior level lawyer on a part-time (3 days per week) and 12 months FTC basis.
The Legal Team
The Legal team focus on a broad range of matters including BAU commercial contracts, construction, real estate, technology, regulatory advice and corporate M&A transactions.
You will work closely with the General Counsel and other key stakeholders including Executive, Board Operational Managers and External Advisers.
Position Description
Due to growth, they are seeking an excellent Senior Legal Counsel who is able to support the General Counsel and wider team. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Requirements
You will have 5+ years' post admission experience experience from a high performing corporate/commercial team, or a similar role in-house. Previous experience within aged care, construction or projects is highly valued.
You will have a strong ability to develop relationships with stakeholders, excellent communication skills, a good sense of humour and a desire to work on varied and diverse matters.
