Our client is seeking a Solicitor or Senior Associate to join their leading Band 1 Finance team, to be based in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
- You'll be advising on high-value, complex transactions across Real Estate, Corporate, and Acquisition Finance, working on some of the most significant deals in the market.
- The role involves acting for a broad client base, including domestic and offshore lenders, borrowers, and sponsors.
- You'll work closely with clients from major ASX-listed companies, leading wholesale REITs, and key financial institutions, including Australia’s major banks.
You will have 3+ years PAE and eager to advise on a range of finance matters from a top tier, national or international private practice environment.
Additionally, you will have:
- An excellent academic record
- A proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our leading and supportive team.
- An ability to work to tight timeframes, collaboratively and at times autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team.
