Due to growth, the Sydney office is now looking to recruit an
Associate or Senior Associate with at least
4 years' PAE experience in employment law for their leading Employment Relations & Safety team.
Employment Relations & SafetyThe Employment Relations & Safety team provide the full range of workplace relations and employment law services and advise a large number of Australia's leading companies and organisations.
In Sydney, the team is headed by three partners and a number of other senior level resources.
Position DescriptionThis role will see you work across all three partners in a rapidly expanding practice.
You will provide advice on matters including:
- Industrial relations disputes and collective bargaining.
- Workplace strategy, in particular the implementation of change, restructuring and enterprise bargaining.
- Drafting employment contracts, policies and procedures.
- General employment law including unfair dismissal, discrimination, bullying, employment contracts and termination of employment.
- Occupational health and safety investigations and litigation.
- Due diligence support for corporate transactions, in addition to employee transfers.

RequirementsThe successful candidate will have at least
4 years' of quality employment law experience.
