We are working closely with a leading international law firm. 

Due to growth, the Sydney office is now looking to recruit an Associate or Senior Associate with at least 4 years' PAE experience in employment law for their leading Employment Relations & Safety team.

Employment Relations & Safety

The Employment Relations & Safety team provide the full range of workplace relations and employment law services and advise a large number of Australia's leading companies and organisations. 

In Sydney, the team is headed by three partners and a number of other senior level resources.

Position Description

This role will see you work across all three partners in a rapidly expanding practice. 

You will provide advice on matters including:

• Industrial relations disputes and collective bargaining.
• Workplace strategy, in particular the implementation of change, restructuring and enterprise bargaining.
• Drafting employment contracts, policies and procedures.
• General employment law including unfair dismissal, discrimination, bullying, employment contracts and termination of employment.
• Occupational health and safety investigations and litigation.
• Due diligence support for corporate transactions, in addition to employee transfers.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have at least 4 years' of quality employment law experience. 

In addition, you will have:
