The Sydney Employment practice is led by two experienced practitioners. They advise leading Australian and multinational clients on complex workplace and industrial relations matters—both litigious and advisory—across sectors such as financial services, technology, energy, and government
The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing mid-level Employment Lawyer to join a growing and high-profile practice. The role involves advising leading corporate clients on a broad range of matters, including employment litigation, workplace investigations, employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, contracts and policies, industrial relations, workplace change, performance management, regulatory compliance, and WHS matters. It offers exposure to complex and high-value work in a dynamic environment.
Requirements To succeed in this role

In addition, you will have the following:
- 2 - 4 years post-admission experience in employment/workplace law, including experience in advisory and litigation matters
- Strong drafting and advice writing skills
- Superior analytical and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with clients
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
