The Role

- Technology – outsourcing, major projects, cloud, as-a-service and agile
- Complex contracting – working on bespoke contracts and commercial arrangements
- Media, privacy & big data – acquisition, distribution and licensing of digital content, data protection, cross-border privacy compliance
- Telecommunications – infrastructure development, acquisitions, JV’s, licensing etc.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong interest and ability to work on high-profile, technically complex transactions. You will be ambitious, capable, and motivated to make a meaningful impact and gain recognition for your contributions.
In addition, you will have the following:
- 2-4 years’ post-admission experience
- Strong commercial and IT/technology experience
- Superior analytical, communications and drafting skills
- Commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively with clients
- The ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
