As an upshot of growth, the Australian business is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel in Sydney.
The Opportunity
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and report into the General Counsel. You will provide commercially focused legal advice principally related to property development and construction. You will work across the project lifecycle.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have 8+ years’ post admission experience in property development. Strong drafting and negotiating skills are essential.
In addition, you will have a commercial approach, know how to manage a range of stakeholders and be looking to become an instrumental member of the wider business.
