The Intellectual Property team is now in need of a junior to intermediate-level lawyer to join their Sydney office.
The Team
The Intellectual Property team advise on the full spectrum of IP law—including copyright, patents, designs, trade marks, brand protection, false advertising, data protection, commercial licensing, cyber security, and anti-counterfeiting.
They are a pre-eminent practice in Australia and the wider Asia Pacific region.
The Role
They have an opportunity for a high-performing and experienced Trademarks Lawyer to join their highly regarded and award-winning IP practice. The successful candidate will work closely with a senior IP partner who leads the trademarks and IP practice. The team is collaborative and high-performing, with a strong emphasis on initiative, precision, and strategic thinking.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a lawyer (2-4 PAE) with strong experience in trademarks. Experience in IP due diligence, licensing, and enforcement will be highly regarded.
