We represent an outstanding energy company. They have recently won a number of high profile tenders and have a great platform to expand across Australia and the Asia Pacific region. Due to growth, they are now seeking a lawyer to join their team for an initial contract period of 3 months. 

The Role

The team is led by one of Australia's leading renewable energy lawyers who brings a depth of experience across solar, wind and battery sectors. The team is made up of other high performing lawyers, operating in a dynamic and positive environment.

The role will involve transaction work, including :

• working on financing work streams, including management of CPs;
• working autonomously on consultancy agreements and NDAs; and
• leading corporate workstreams including restructures and associated documentation.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have between 3-5 years' PAE from a leading law-firm specialising in either, corporate, project financing, or project work.
