Dispute Resolution Team
In Sydney, the litigation team includes highly regarded partners and experienced litigators who advise on some of the most significant disputes in the country. The team handles both domestic and cross-border matters, often collaborating across offices and jurisdictions.

Position Description
In this role, you will work across a broad range of litigation matters, from class actions and regulatory enforcement to general commercial disputes. You will have the opportunity to take day-to-day responsibility for straightforward matters, while also supporting more senior lawyers on larger-scale and complex litigation.
Your work will involve drafting and negotiating legal documentation, managing court processes, liaising with clients and counterparties, and contributing to strategic advice. You'll also be encouraged to contribute to business development initiatives and team training.
Key Requirements
You will be a litigation lawyer with 2–5 years' post-admission experience, ideally gained in a top-tier or mid-tier firm or in-house. You will bring:
- Experience across class actions, general litigation and/or regulatory investigations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong drafting skills and commercial judgment
- A proactive and collaborative approach to matter management
- High attention to detail and strong analytical ability
- Enthusiasm for client engagement, mentoring and business development
