Position Description
In this role, you will work on a diverse range of disputes, from complex cross-border litigation to specialist construction and financial services matters. You will take day-to-day responsibility for more straightforward matters, while supporting senior lawyers on larger-scale and complex disputes.
Your work will include drafting and negotiating legal documentation, managing court processes, liaising with clients and counterparties, and contributing to strategic advice. You will also be encouraged to contribute to business development initiatives and provide mentoring to junior team members.
Key Requirements
You will be a dispute resolution lawyer with 2–5 years’ post-admission experience, ideally gained in a top-tier or mid-tier firm or in-house. You will bring: - Experience in commercial litigation, construction disputes, class actions and/or financial services litigation
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Strong commercial judgment and analytical ability
- A collaborative, proactive approach to matter management
- The ability to mentor juniors while working independently
- Enthusiasm for client engagement and business development
