Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, the Sydney office of this leading firm is now looking for a talented lawyer to join its thriving Family Law practice.

The Family Law team is one of the firm’s most successful and expanding practices, with strong national coverage across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. Known for its collaborative and supportive culture, the team works closely across offices and offers genuine career development opportunities.
  
The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Family Law team. You will work closely with senior practitioners and handle a wide range of matters including:

• Divorce and separation
• Property settlements
• Parenting disputes
• Financial agreements
• Family violence
• Child support and spousal maintenance

You will also act in both alternative dispute resolution (mediations, settlement conferences) and litigated disputes, gaining exposure to a diverse range of complex matters.
  
Requirements

The firm is seeking candidates with at least 5 years’ PAE from a recognised family law practice. Ideal applicants will have:

• Strong knowledge and experience across a broad range of family law matters
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to client service
• Specialist Accreditation and/or a Masters in Family Law (highly regarded)
