Position Description
Due to growth in the business, they are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel in Sydney. This role will see you report to the Regional Manager of Legal and supports businesses in the APAC region, with a strong focus on projects in Australia.
You will work on a range of matters including:

- Collaborating on deal structuring, negotiation, and closure for regional projects.
- Providing legal guidance to management and project teams during project execution.
- Assisting in dispute resolution.
