The Team

Position Description
You will work closely with a highly regarded team advising on a broad range of employment, industrial relations, and workplace health and safety matters. The role involves providing strategic and practical advice on all stages of the employment relationship, including workplace compliance, safety regulation, and industrial dispute resolution.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside senior lawyers and partners, gaining exposure to high-profile clients and complex matters across multiple sectors.

Position Requirement
- Minimum 3 years PQE in employment, labour, industrial relations, or workplace health & safety law
- Admission to practise in Australia
- Strong technical skills combined with a practical, solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team environment
- Excellent communication and client management skills
