Position Description

As an upshot of growth, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of Australia's leading venture capital teams. The team is headed by an impressive partner and includes lawyers ranging from graduate to special counsel level.

The VC team work across a range of areas thoughout the lifecycle including advising on debt and equity financings, general corporate governance, regulatory compliance, bolt-on acquisitions and exit strategies.

Additionally, you will work closely with other teams in the firm including employment, financial services, technology and banking lawyers.

Requirements

You will have two to four years' corporate experience (ideally with strong VC exposure).
